I have been an artist for most of my life. While I have spent the last 20 years in the business world my brushes and easels were always close by. Art for me, simply put, is an expression of my soul.
Although
I’ve worked in many artistic mediums over the years,
tile painting is a relatively new one for me. Hand painted
mural art offers me new and unlimited
possibilities.

are really about our customer. My ultimate goal when
creating ceramic art is to make your finished artwork rare
and precious to you. Your finished piece will be totally
unique. Whether it’s the backsplash in your new kitchen
that matches the towels your grandmother gave to you or a
scene of the family farm you grew up on, understanding what
you want to see and feel when you view the work we create
together is my highest priority.
All work is hand painted and fired by me in my studio. Nothing is ever contracted out. Your complete satisfaction with the experience of creating a custom piece of art is the only standard I will accept.
I grew up in northern Minnesota, graduated from St. Scholastica College and currently live in the Minneapolis area. I have a daughter who lives in Washington, DC and another who lives with me, and our adorable dog.
