Located 2 miles north of Fort Bragg, California on Highway 1, Fuchsiarama specializes in hardy, heat tolerant fuchsias for the inland valleys and first-time grower.

Fuchsias are easy to grow in California, in climatic conditions with a general range between 40 and 90 degrees F. Above or below those temperatures special protection needs to be given.

Hot, dry winds are no friend to a fuchsia plant. Use some care in placement of the plant in relation to prevailing winds. Some hybrids and species of fuchsias are more resistant to temperature extremes than others.
